Patrick Wilson has a natural way of making people feel comfortable and educated in their decisions. A native of Montgomery, Alabama, Patrick moved to Destin in 1993 and spent more than a decade managing large yachts as a certified boat captain. In 2004, Patrick merged his previous experience, market knowledge, connections and resources to focus on residential real estate along Northwest Florida’s Emerald Coast – from the Destin Harbor to the coastal dune lakes and beaches on scenic Highway 30A.
